Macbook air 11 inch mid 2013 battery replacement

So anyway my question is with only at 542/1K counts while still under Normal condition, should I bring my MacBook Air 2013 13'' to Apple and get it for repair? I know my computer is old, still in normal condition, and might have suggestions saying get a newer MacBook Air, and cuz my MacBook Air 2013 won't be getting the latest software generations for that long, but I can't afford a brand new MacBook Air for $999 because its totally ******** to spend that kinda money on a laptop. But I find 542 counts while under normal a little serious and mostly concern about it cuz while the health conditions still says normal, my Mac still dies so quick for every charge now. Now finally the last thing I've checked often the Power status inside the MacBook's System Information and my battery cycles are up to 542 counts and still says normal condition. I have recently googled and searched on Apple tips, for every setting to turn on and off to save time on a single charge in my System Preferences and it stills die to quick even when I'm on vary low brightness. My MacBook Air 2013 model was actually bought from my School District to own the laptop for when I Graduated 8th Grade which was like 2-3 years ago and all this time until now my laptop seems to be dying so quickly from 100% to 0% and kinda charging way to quick from 0% to 100%.
